Moving into a New Dimension

Whilst continually moving with the times and responding to our customer’s ever increasing demands and requirements, we have invested in a new 4-axis CNC Machine, which will not only improve our efficiency, but also reduce our carbon footprint.
The Dah Lih MCV-1020BA Vertical Machining Centre, with Heidenhain iTNC530 CNC system is one of the UK’s most popular, advanced and efficient machines that performs with ultimate precision and is equipped with advanced controls for optimum performance. This along with its high efficiency and low energy rating makes it the perfect companion to our existing facilities in Brackley.

A new addition to our fleet

EMR are always striving for ways to reduce our impact on the environment and we are pleased to announce a new eco-friendly arrival as part of our transport fleet.
With the need to be more considerate to the environment, the company has purchased a new Ford Transit Connect van of which 95% can be reused or recycled. Other than the potential redeployment of 95% of the vehicle and the reduced emissions to the atmosphere, an interesting fact is that the noise insulation is made from used denim jeans and reclaimed upholstery.
The new van has been sign written to compliment the EMR image.
