An enviable track record in Gear Cutting spanning more than 3 decades, with our highly experienced engineers and some 15 precision gear-cutting machines, EMR can manufacture/supply Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, Worm Shafts, Worm Wheels and Thread grinding from blanks supplied or manufactured in house.

EMR has manufactured Gears for more than 20 years and continues to produce world class Gears for use in bespoke gear boxes, classic cars, kit cars, motorised access equipment, heavy plant and earth moving equipment to mention just a few.
